I-76 Speedway Winter Series

Ft Morgan, Colorado, December 13, 2009. With a break in the frigid weather and a near perfect track, the delayed second race date at I-76 Speedway is now in the books.  For the second time in as many outings, Cory Mallo paced the 250 Micro Sprint field in the A-Main and scored his second win of the winter series.  Piloting the Derouchey Racing owned/Mallo Racing prepared car, Cory had a bit of a fuel issue in the heat race but rebounded nicely for the A-Main. With the win, Cory also extended his points lead in the series. The next race date is scheduled for January 3, 2010 in Ft Morgan.
